Job summary

Magna International Limited is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead automotive programs from concept through launch in a Bowling Green manufacturing facility. You will coordinate design, tooling, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role requires 10–15+ years in direct customer-facing program management for automotive programs, including launches.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred, or technically related experience.
Experience in automotive production processes to guide projects is preferred.
Experience in a Quality Environment - ISO/AQAP/MIL, or similar.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred with proven results.
Extensive 10–15+ years as a Program/Project Manager in direct, customer-facing roles for Ford, including launches and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages new and existing programs to meet requirements within the manufacturing facility.
Coordinates vendor activities for design, tooling and parts to meet cost, delivery and quality targets.
Prepares quotations for piece cost and tooling; provides technical launch support at customer locations.
Adheres to CPMP with emphasis on milestones, schedules and budgets.
Initiates and communicates actions to prevent nonconformities in design, development or testing.
