Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum 8–10 years of automotive program management experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Strong technical background in automotive systems, manufacturing, launch management
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgets and business cases
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; ERP and customer systems familiarity
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 and customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Program Management team.
• Oversee program execution across all lifecycle phases from acquisition to end-of-life.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Operations.
• Monitor program health metrics and address risks related to timing, cost, and quality.
• Lead reviews and steering committees for strategic programs.
• Ensure quotations and business cases align with profitability objectives.
• Support contract reviews, change management, and commercial negotiations.
