Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead changes during new product launches and process modifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new program launches from development handover to production implementation.
• Lead change management and ensure timing aligned with program milestones.
• Maintain compliant EHS and quality systems and track KPIs for program launches.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep build plans on track.
• Produce and maintain schedules, BOMs, and part-tracking for builds and changes.
