Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Program Manager to lead commercial or product development program management across multiple programs. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, timely results in line with budget and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 8+ years in automotive program management, with strong knowledge of PM methods and tools. On-site in Wisconsin with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 8+ years' work experience in Program Management in Automotive or equivalent.
• Proficient with project management methods (Auditing, PMI standards, IATF standards).
• Proficient with PM related tools (Microsoft Office, APQP, Quality Systems).
• Knowledge of production, design and sales processes; able to liaise with production and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead simultaneous Development Team (SDT) through Power D3 / ITP to launch program.
• Demonstrate proficiency in program management processes (ITP/PowerD3).
• Understand customer needs and lead teams to respond to inquiries.
• Identify risks early and initiate mitigation plans.
• Communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Lead within a project, coaching others for development.
• Plan and conduct Program Reviews.
• Ensure timely gate exits; make decisions aligned with values.
