Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in a similar PM/Project Manager role for automotive suppliers.
• Experience with OEM Ford US is a plus.
• 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
• Knowledge of MS Project, ALM and PLM tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 / Automotive Spice / ISO14001 / ISO26262.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage project timelines, objectives and milestones.
• Manage and direct a cross functional team across disciplines.
• Lead engagements with customers, internal leads and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate activities between departments to meet product development needs.
• Manage design cost targets and long-term strategy as directed by senior management.
• Set priorities for multiple programs in development.
• Act as the technical customer interface.
• Generate and follow documentation per department processes.
• Support special assignments as directed by senior management.
