Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Program Manager for its Automotive team to guide complex programs from planning through execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones, costs and risk, and act as the primary customer contact to ensure design changes align with APQP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in an industrial environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interdisciplinary project team, ensure collaboration and focus on targets.
• Create, communicate and update project planning (milestones, deliverables, cost).
• Track and communicate status of projects (progress, risks, issues, impacts, profitability).
• Escalate when targets are in danger and drive solutions for program success.
• Provide input on sales prices for design changes and IC price updates.
• Ensure APQP and customer processes within programs; be main customer contact.
• Manage Engineering Changes and VAVEs with Launch Manager.
• Lead a safety-first culture, ensure safe working environment.
• Fulfill deputy/back-up roles as assigned by the business.
