Job summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead development programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure profitable, timely execution in automotive settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required.
• Minimum 8 years' work experience in Program Management in Automotive or equivalent.
• Proficient with project management methods (Auditing, PMI standards, IATF standards).
• Proficient with PM tools (Microsoft Office Applications, APQP, Quality Systems).
• Knowledge of production processes, product design and sales processes; able to engage with production and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead simultaneous Development Team through Power D3 / ITP to launch program.
• Demonstrate proficiency with program management processes (ITP/PowerD3).
• Understand customer needs and lead teams to respond to inquiries.
• Identify risks early and initiate mitigation plans.
• Communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Provide indirect leadership and coach others for development.
• Plan and conduct Program Reviews.
• Ensure timely gate exits.
• Make decisions aligned with company values.
