Responsibilities

• Parts Procurement and Inventory Management
• Order management, verify part accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.
• Parts distribution and conveying parts to Body Technicians and Painter.
• Invoice processing in shop management software and credits reconciliation.
• Vendor communication to resolve issues and maintain supplier relationships.
• Vehicle Detailing, Lot Management and general shop support.
• Detail vehicles for delivery and stage cars for repairs or delivery.
• Office and shop maintenance, restocking supplies, and ad hoc tasks.
• Team collaboration with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Occasional front-office customer service and phone support.
