Job summary

Puget Collision in San Clemente, CA is hiring a Parts Coordinator responsible for daily ordering and processing of vehicle repair parts to support technicians and production flow.

You will check-in parts, manage returns, maintain 5S in delivery areas, post invoices, and coordinate with estimators to ensure accurate parts availability and timely repairs. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Collision University Training required in first 6 months of employment.
• Adheres to the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies concerning customer information.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts as they arrive: sort, mirror-match to the Repair Order and vehicle, label and distribute.
• Process returns immediately and receive credit for incorrect or damaged parts, including document & reconcile for credit.
• Maintain a 5S clean & organized delivery area, returns no more than 1 week old, and parts cart, with current CCC parts list attached to it.
• Ensure all parts and sublet lines are posted in CCC real time and accurately, and all materials billed have an invoice.
• Post invoices / credits same day if no line on estimate draft the invoice.
• Maintain the Daily “Parts Owed” List by reviewing “Scheduled In” Repair Orders for Part’s Requirements
• Ensure daily production schedule with parts ETA and any sublet items that are or need to be scheduled.
• Requests sublet vendor work as needed and ensures invoices are received and posted to the RO.
