The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Product Specialist at Napleton's Downtown Porsche in Chicago. You will deliver comprehensive product information throughout sales and aftersales, using a consultative approach to match customer needs with the right vehicle.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, training, and growth within a large automotive group. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery and ownership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn about technology and product details.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and listening to their needs.
• Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to customer needs.
• Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prospecting through referrals and other approaches.

• Transitioning customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience.
