Porsche Bethesda, part of the Sonic Automotive family, seeks a Product Specialist to educate guests on vehicle features, benefits, and technology, creating an engaging ownership experience. You will personalize the process by assessing customer needs and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across all vehicles.

Responsibilities include training staff on key technologies, conducting owner clinics, answering queries by phone/walk-ins, and supporting service and sales with product expertise.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform at a minimum volume according to dealership standards.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass pre-employment testing: background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a pressure-free ownership experience and educate guests on vehicle features and benefits.
• Assess customer knowledge and personalize ownership experience.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features focusing on comfort and retention.
• Maintain total product knowledge and stay updated on new products and benefits.
• Follow up with customers 1–2 weeks after delivery and conduct additional clinics.
