Baxter Volkswagen of La Vista is seeking a Product Specialist to greet guests and deliver a premium Volkswagen experience through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

You will personalize each guest interaction, conduct feature presentations during test drives, and maintain deep knowledge of the VW model lineup to answer questions. Training ensures you stay current on brand products and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates an exceptional, professional, and welcoming Volkswagen experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Personalizes every guest interaction across company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-ins.
• Conducts Volkswagen vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests during test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge across the Volkswagen model lineup to answer guest questions.
• Serves as a Volkswagen product expert and communicates benefits clearly to guests.
• Coordinates and delivers Volkswagen vehicles upon completion of the purchase, ensuring a premium delivery experience.
• Assists guests with troubleshooting Volkswagen technology and features.
• Remains current on Volkswagen brand products by attending required product training and courses.
