• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Audi products, technology, features, and competitive offerings.
• Follow established sales processes, procedures, and standards set by management.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professionalism, communication, and exceptional hospitality.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
• Develop the skills and product knowledge necessary to guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process and earn their business.
