Madison Honda in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Automotive Portfolio Manager to drive end-of-contract opportunities across the New Car and service portfolio. You will handle lease maturity, equity, and over-mileage scenarios, while coordinating with service and sales teams to maximize customer value.

The role requires strong phone skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, and a passion for process and organization.

Qualifications

• Substantial automotive sales experience required.
• Familiarity with Desking.
• Ability to appraise vehicles.
• Ability to work deals.
• Must communicate effectively with clients.
• Must communicate with client advisors and sales managers.
• Must manage multiple lead vendors.
• Demonstrated self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls and email marketing to generate opportunities.
• Schedule appointments with Sr. Sales Managers and customers.
• Maintain lease and portfolio related communications and reporting.
• Coordinate with BDC, Service, and Sales Departments to track opportunities.
• Create incremental sales through end-of-contract and vehicle exchange processes.
