Responsibilities

• Verify and audit employee timecards for accuracy, including regular hours, overtime, and PTO
• Process weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other incentive earnings
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
• Coordinate with HR and accounting to ensure proper data and deductions
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
• Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation
