You will hire, coach, and develop staff, set high performance standards, and utilize company training resources to recognize achievements.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily sales, reducing shrinkage, ensuring timely inventory receipt, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent; technical school or college degree a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in automotive after-market service.
• Knowledge of store operations and procurement processes.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Monitors store sales performance daily, weekly, monthly and year to date.
• Identifies problems and solves them effectively.
• Develops good customer relations and maintains a high level of service.
• Addresses customer sales/service questions quickly.
• Supervises and coaches store employees.
• Monitors and recognizes performance of employees.
• Minimizes inventory shrinkage through proper processes.
• Ensures merchandise is received timely and stored properly.
• Maintains a safe work environment and ensures HazMat training occurs timely.
• Adheres to Company policies.
• Collaborates with District office to maintain procurement card controls.
• Builds relationships and negotiates with vendors on pricing, inventory and service.
