Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership in automotive after-market service.
• Ability to manage store operations and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitors store sales performance daily to YoY and takes corrective actions.
• Supervises and coaches store employees to drive high performance.
• Ensures inventory protection and accurate receiving in the stockroom.
• Maintains a safe, clean store environment and adheres to HazMat training.
• Builds vendor relationships and negotiates pricing and service.
