You will oversee inventory protection, asset management, and implement IBS NAPA programs, coordinating with the district office and vendors to optimize pricing and service; HazMat safety and strong controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in automotive after-market service.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and personnel.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
• Develop customer relations and maintain high service levels.
• Supervise and coach store employees.
• Minimize inventory shrinkage with proper controls.
• Ensure merchandise is received timely and stored properly.
• Ensure HazMat safety training is conducted.
• Coordinate with District office on procurement controls.
