Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, via its NAPA stores, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the team, drive growth and profits, and uphold store safety and appearance.

You will manage the P&L, develop a capable crew, and identify revenue opportunities while delivering outstanding customer care in a market-leading auto parts environment.

Strong leadership, inventory control, and cash handling skills are essential; automotive background is a plus and ASE certifications are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team with P&L responsibility.
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship building.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Ability to operate store systems and cash registers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guiding and developing an engaged crew team to deliver checkered flag levels of customer care and business results
• Steer towards continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Protect and maintaining the security of store assets
• Display pride in navigating a store recognized for safety and appearance
