Job summary

AutoZone in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive store performance, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll lead by example in inventory control, merchandising, and daily operations. You’ll supervise, train, and develop associates, communicate clearly with customers and staff, monitor sales and shrink, and ensure safety compliance while supporting commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail leadership roles.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
• ASE Certification or equivalent is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team to drive sales and WOW customer service.
• Train and develop employees, maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, and shrink; ensure safety and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and needs.
