• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process payments and returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints warmly and professionally.
• Support daily image maker and planogram updates, stock and organize shelves.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Support ongoing duties as assigned.
