Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and walk-in customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and process transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) as allowed by laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
