Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers. You will assist professionals, handle cash and transactions, and support store management with daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and help enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns, answering inquiries, and assisting with stock, planograms, and in-store services where permitted by state law.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related cataloging processes.
• Able to multitask and handle in-store and phone inquiries simultaneously.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
• Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers as directed and support store management.
• Answer phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely, and handle exchanges/returns.
• Maintain stock, perform planogram updates, and assist with daily store operations.
• Operate test equipment after training and deliver in-store services as allowed.
