Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided to meet company standards. You will handle cash transactions, exchanges, and returns, address customer questions, and participate in image maker and planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required
• Able to multitask in-store and on the phone
• Bilingual abilities encouraged (Spanish preferred)
• Familiarity with automotive parts or sales is a plus
• ASE certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection
• Support store management and installers in daily tasks
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints
• Maintain store displays, stock, and planograms; run daily operations
