O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to serve retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and assist professional customers as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them select merchandise, processing transactions, looking up parts and pricing, and recommending related items. You will also handle phone inquiries, manage exchanges and returns, and assist with stock,

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desired: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions and returns following company policy.
• Support stock, planograms, and inventory counts.
• Assist professional customers and act as a liaison with store management.
• Respond to phone inquiries and provide accurate part lookups and pricing.
