Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Store Pro in Libertyville, IL to deliver accurate, courteous service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop interactions. You will identify parts, answer technical questions, and support inventory and delivery operations.

Ideal candidates have strong product knowledge, the ability to source parts quickly, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are available within the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify part numbers and product codes accurately.
• Experience in retail automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service in-store, by phone, and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Assist with inventory and store operations including logistics and deliveries.
