Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, efficient, and courteous service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. You will identify parts, source solutions, and advise customers on technical questions using catalog and POS tools.

Working with inventory and delivery processes, you will support store operations while upholding pricing, security, and policy standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify part numbers and product codes accurately.
• Customer-focused mindset for fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cataloging tools such as TAMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, courteous service in-store, by phone and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Assist with inventory control, stock orders, and store presentation.
