Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, courteous service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. You will identify, source, and process parts orders, advise customers on technical questions, and maintain knowledge of products, warranties, and policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a customer-first mindset to support inventory, deliveries, and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience in automotive parts, retail, or related industry helpful.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cataloging tools (e.g., TAMS).
• Demonstrates ownership of customer experience and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, courteous service in-store, by phone, and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, and company policies.
• Support store operations including stock orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• Assist with Open and Close Procedures and provide general housekeeping.
