O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and assist store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with responsibilities spanning customer engagement, sales support, and daily store operations.

The role involves handling transactions, returns, and inquiries, while maintaining cash controls and supporting service technicians.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and policies.
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and document accordingly.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Support daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and imaging tasks.
• Perform in-store services such as wiper installation and battery check where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business needs dictate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
