Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training relevant to the position will be provided.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling transactions, and processing returns. Occasional delivery driving may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in-store and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service staff with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns and respond to complaints politely.
• Perform daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and cleanup tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
