Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Complete required company training for the position.
• Handle cash drawer, process payments and make change.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Support image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves.
• Perform daily inventory tasks and stock adjustments.
• Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, lighting).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
