O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ramseur, NC is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will assist customers in selecting merchandise, handle cash and card transactions, and support store management with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, processing returns, maintaining stock and planograms, and performing in-store services as trained. Occasional delivery duties may apply based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and quote prices.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and monthly stock counts.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
