Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to serve retail and installer customers with a high level of service, while supporting store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may contribute across operations including stocking, returns, and customer assistance.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, handling planogram updates, and participating in training to stay aligned with company programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store phone calls per policy, lookup parts and quote prices, promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and daily store tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other store-test equipment after training.
• Deliver parts as needed and align with driving eligibility requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
