O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and the role supports a range of customer service programs and store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, handling returns, and performing in-store services as trained. Flexibility with hours and driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Process cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, and quote prices per policy.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock, and planogram updates.
• Perform in-store services as trained (e.g., battery tests, wiper installation).
• Support delivery needs when business requires.
