Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist their merchandise selection.
• Support managers/store service staff in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleanliness.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
