You will greet customers, promote service programs, assist professional customers, handle cash and returns, and participate in daily store operations after training. Occasional delivery duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with policy and manage cash drawer.
• Perform daily store operations, stocking, fronting shelves, and basic diagnostics per training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
