Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Process daily training relevant to position.
• Answer store phone calls and look up parts, quote prices, and offer low-price guarantees.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Support image maker, planogram updates, and stock organization.
• Operate brake lathe and other equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostic tests).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
