O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support professional customers as needed. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing transactions, exchanges, and returns, maintaining stock and planograms, and performing daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist managers with serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Answer store calls and quote prices per policy.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policies.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and store cleanliness.
• Operate shop equipment after training.
• Deliver occasional orders when needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
