O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with daily tasks. Bilingual applicants are encouraged, and responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, and processing transactions.

The role involves maintaining stock, performing in-store services, and supporting various daily operations as needed by the store team. Prior experience in automotive parts is helpful.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers in-store and on the phone.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection in-store and on the phone.
• Support store management and installers with tasks and service requests.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, planograms, and stock levels; assist with daily ops.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., battery tests, wiper installs) per training.
