O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

The role includes greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling transactions, and executing daily store operations. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, related selling, etc).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, handle cash/checks, make change, and process card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking and cleaning.
• Perform daily operations like merchandise returns and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
