O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and promotes a positive shopping experience, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling sales transactions, and performing daily stocking and planogram updates. The position involves multiple tasks and a commitment to company service programs.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store and installer service staff with professional customers.
• Answer store phone calls per policy, look up parts and quote prices.
• Process cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Maintain cash drawer accurately and secure; adhere to procedures.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, and stock organization.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock counts and shipments.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training and approval.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics) when allowed by state law.
