Qualified candidates may be bilingual and should be able to handle multiple tasks, greet customers, and upsell related items while maintaining accurate transactions and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee).
• Assist professionals and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices and upsell items.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Maintain stock and perform daily store operations and maintenance.
