• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selection of merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and quoting prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and planogram updates.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
