Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish strongly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support management and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks: stocking, shelf facing, freight, and cycle counts.
• Operate test equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
