O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role includes assisting store management, supporting professional customers, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging (Weatherly Index System) is a plus.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and provide refunds where applicable.
• Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle per policy and eligibility.
