The role includes cash handling, returns processing, inventory updates, and basic in-store services per training and policy. Candidates with automotive parts familiarity, ASE certification, and ability to multitask in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support installers and professionals with service needs.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Handle cash drawer, payments and transactions.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking shelves and updating displays.
• Assist with on-site vehicle-related services where allowed by law.
