Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may help serve diverse customers.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling cash and transactions, processing exchanges, addressing complaints, stocking shelves, and performing store operations under guidance. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow and promote customer service programs.
• Assist with cash handling and processing transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Stock, front, and facing duties; assist with store operations.
• Perform in-store services per state/local laws and train on equipment.
