O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with parts selection, manage cash handling, returns, and phone inquiries while maintaining store standards.

Preferred candidates include bilingual abilities, knowledge of automotive parts, and ASE certification. The role supports store management and may involve occasional deliveries and in-store services as allowed by local laws.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist with professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash, process payments, and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete daily training and participate in store tests and planograms.
