The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, performing in-store services, stocking, planogram updates, and occasional deliveries, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Complete required training relevant to the position.
• Handle store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer low-price guarantees.
• Accurately manage cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns in line with policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support stocking, planogram updates, and daily operational tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
