O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will assist in part selection, process payments, and support store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role involves performing in-store services, handling returns, and contributing to stock maintenance and planogram updates. ASE certification and automotive parts familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Manage exchanges/returns per policy and resolve customer complaints politely.
• Maintain and update stock, planograms, and front-facing displays.
• Provide in-store services and look up parts for customers.
